For what it's worth, I spent half of the read time of this piece just talking about my love for GOT hahaha. And I tried very hard to keep this one spoiler free. It alludes to how the plot picks up, but I like to avoid giving any explicit spoilers in my reviews if I can. Especially for a show like this one where anything can happen.
