Have you seen Soul yet? That one did a much better job at recapturing the poignancy of Inside Out than the sequel did in my eyes. Hardly feels like a movie for kids at all in moments.

By itself, this one is still worth the watch! It's overshadowed a bit by the first, but it's got across the board pretty great ratings. Good chance you'll still really enjoy it! I'd hate to dissuade you! If they'd topped the first one, that would have amazed me.
