Is there a rule to how recently pieces need to have been published in order to get these boosts? I was surprised to see that the piece of mine to get boosted was nearly a week old. I had a couple similar experiences with the previous distribution system that Medium had in place.

Also, you mentioned a few weeks ago that you'd be cracking down on bad faith behavior and growth hacking. How is that being applied? Is that affecting the accounts who are following swaths of people at random?
