I completely agree. I've begun experimenting with non-metered stories, and I feel like Medium has forced my hand on this. At the end of the day, joining medium was more a means of getting my ideas across than it was a revenue stream. If medium would even give 1 free non-member read to external viewers, it could make a world of difference. But 0 feels like an enormous mistake. Thanks so much for reading.
