I definitely resonate a lot with your Medium experience. Not only are we both niche-less, but we're both hovering an annoying distance short of the $100 dollar mark lol. I have yet to pass it yet but each month since September has been a little closer than the previous.

I love your levity on this subject. I'm trying to look at it similarly. It may never snowball into a full income, but I've definitely grown and made connections in the process and built up a pretty good portfolio of work if nothing else.
