I definitely wonder the same! It’ll be fascinating to find out one day. Sometimes it’s pretty hard for me to believe that this life is all there is.

And I actually haven’t! Maybe i just don’t know enough people who are interested in their dreams. Typically when i bring up my dreams they fall on deaf ears sadly.
