I have a very similar relationship with Bon Iver! Lyrics hardly matter with him. And when I do look them up, I love how open and abstract they are. Holocene was one of the first ones of his I really fell in love with. He's a rare artist who doesn't have much music I don't enjoy, although I do prefer his pre-electronic direction a bit more.
