I really enjoy the way you describe the writing process. These pieces are all really helpful. One idea i’m still getting used to is “getting to know your characters better.” I never realized at all until recently that authors don’t always feel in control of the things their characters do and are sometimes even surprised by their actions! Great piece. Also really great cover art on all of those books, i hadn’t seen those!
