I remember learning the term "pathetic fallacy" back in hgih school english class and wondering even then what the word "pathetic" was doing in there. I actually got around to looking it up only just recently for some reason. It's fascinating how the meaning of words can change so dramatically. Really enjoyed this one, Matthew.
