I think that moderation is what's best for me, too. Eliminating it from my life entirely is a little more than I can bear. Alcohol was the one I never got into much actually. I'm 110% with you on the caffeine addiction though hahaha. I was actually surprised to learn recently, too, that caffeine really doesn't really do any significant harm. I'd always assumed it was pretty harmful to be doing everyday. Hearing Michael Pollen talk in depth about it definitely changed my perspective. Thanks so much for reading, Kristina!
