I think there's a big difference between publishing everyday and writing everyday. Forcing yourself to publish everyday is definitely a hard pace to sustain. It's not even great practice if you're not really taking the time to edit and perfect each piece.

My advice would be to really try to craft something novel for each article you publish to medium, and hold off on the tidbit of advice articles. I think there are already a million of them on Medium and in my experience there's probably no more oversaturated subject.
