I totally agree (sparing the fact I've posted twice today... that's an irregularity! And one of them is just a nonsense poem hahaha.) In general, though, it really is so frustrating how often people feel compelled to churn out recyclable nonsense. One of my biggest misconceptions in joining Medium was that most people approach the site with some real language experience and stories to tell. Reviewing prospective writers is always interesting. It's a perpetual reminder of how wrong that notion was. It really is a small minority of people who even have a high school grasp on English, let alone real stories to tell. I hate to be so cynical. I've certainly discovered tons of amazing ones, too.
