I was actually just talking about this yesterday. There are some people that have come up with actual numbers where happiness stops increasing with finances. Some people have said it's around 100,000 a year, and others have said closer to 500,000. My dad always used to take the "money doesn't by happiness" side of the argument. I never fully bought it lol.
