I'd grant that he's not babblingly incoherent 100% of the time, but I don't feel that way about Biden either. I wouldn't call Trump more coherent at all. In moments I think his words actually seem indicative of even greater mental decline. Certainly he's more virile and angry than Biden, though.

Biden's victories aren't enormous, but for me the bar really is that low. He could be sleepily plowing his car into my living room and I'd still consider it an improvement over where we might be if Trump had remained in power, or where we might be in the future if he retakes power.
