I’m 0-4 this week but today felt like i maybe, possibly got a little closer? I guess it’s hard to say what almost leaving your earthly body feels like though lol. Will you literally see a gate open up before you? I’m not giving up, but i’m a little discouraged with my experience watching guided youtubes. Is the raduga method something you’d listen to with your eyes closed? Also, if lucid dreaming isn’t that uncommon for me is that a good pathway into AP? The idea of entering through meditation seems almost impossible to me right now, and I’ve been meditating for years. I started reading a book on the subject called “The Projection of the Astral Body.” Hopefully i’ll get somewhere with this soon! Once again, thanks for all your wisdom here. It’s beyond helpful.
