I'm sure I'm not the first to ask a question like this and that it's something that you've already wrestled with plenty, but what's the point of voting for someone who can't win? I think succumbing to the "lesser of two evils" thinking isn't a whole lot more admirable than voting for RFK, but even while a third party candidate looks more rational than likely ever before, I think it's more dangerous than ever before, too, when I consider the stakes of the election.

I don't feel spectacular that Biden appears such an obvious choice, but one bad debate performance doesn't negate what's been a largely effective presidency. I believe he's more competent than that tense debate night would suggest, and that even if he weren't, he's still the far better choice than handing over the helm of our government to someone who doesn't believe in democracy or the constitution. Plus, he won a presidential election once already and a third party candidate has never come close.
