Images like what you showed in the video above of Kensington are something I've been seeing more and more of in the Philly area. I hadn't realized that it was a new drug entirely that was to blame. A couple months ago my experience driving through a bad part of the city felt like something practically out of a zombie movie. I've been a little more cautioua about my time spent in the city since.
