In those dreams, you aren't lucid or aware at all? That curiosity about your environment almost sounds characteristic of a lucid dream. Typically, my normal dreams feel like "on-rails" experiences where I don't have much of an ability to really look around panoramically. In lucid dreams, there's almost always an awe-inspiring moment where I realize that wherever I turn my head, imagery seems to conjure itself.

I'd love to hear your thoughts if you do explore any of them! They're some of my very favorite pieces to write. Some of them are a little odd and niche in their appeal, but many of them explore some pretty interesting ideas I think. Lucid dreaming has been an absolutely life changing endeavor for me these past couple of years. Thanks for reading, Ivy!!
