It wasn’t exactly love at first sight, but I didn’t enjoy the first season of game of thrones a whole lot on my first watch through either. I wouldn’t write it off just yet! I thought it was an incredibly promising first season, and the fact that George RR Martin is actually working on it himself makes me feel very confident about what’s still to come.
