It's hard to believe now what I used to consider urgency. That 2012 election really seemed like it might determine the future of the country, and now Romney is one of the party's rare beacons of sanity. What I wouldn't given now to be only as divided as we were a decade ago.

Rants always welcome! Nice to know I'm not the only one longing for a little more normalcy and remembers a time we weren't all at each other's throats.
