I've always felt as though I really missed out on the golden age of SNL. I'm thankful I at least got to grow up with South Park, but I never quite had the loving relationship with the show that my parents did. They do still religiously watch it each week, though, and sometimes it really hits the mark still. When I see clips of how it used to be, though, it makes me jealous. I hadn't realized until pretty recently just how many people got their start of SNL! Great piece, Sarah!
