I've felt for awhile like this new wave of feminism takes things too far sometimes. That point about women publicly being allowed to hate men, but not the opposite, is one I've noticed for awhile. I think we're in the middle of an overcorrection period regarding gender. Sometimes identifying as a feminist today can appear as something more than simply being a believer in gender equality.
