I've never personally visited the dark web myself, but my understanding is that it just takes an enormous amount of computer know how to avoid ending up on one of those lists. I could be wrong about that, but I'm convinced one of my hacker friends managed to pull it off without facing any repercussions. I'd never take the risk though with my own computer or from my own address. Knowing myself, I'd probably end up with the FBI at my door lol. Thanks for sending this one in!
