I've really been loving your musical writing, Claire! It gives your travel writing some pretty serious competition. Thanks for making me hear this song in a new light. For some reason, it's one that I rarely remember when thinking about John Lennon's greats. For me the Beatles/Beatles Adjacent songs that get me most are Free as a Bird, Real Love, Number 9 Dream, Working Class Hero, In My Life, and of course, Imagine. But I'm probably blanking on 10 others.
