So honored to hear that these were the first guidelines that resonated with you! I'd definitely run into my share of frustrations with other publications before writing them.

I hadn't actually realized that the rules of title case were a convention that varied between American and Birtish English! It's always so interesting learning about how "correct" can vary between seas and borders.

Regarding Grammarly, is there a free program you'd sooner point people toward over it? I agree that it's far from perfect. And one of the difficulties in using it is that a lot of the time you'd need a fairly decent grasp on grammar to even know whether its suggestions are useful. I only started using it recently and I would say that I disregard about 50% of its "corrections." But I am also surprised at how often it will still catch tiny mistakes that I've looked past. I'm all ears if there's a program you think is better!
