No pressure whatsoever to read either. It occurred to me that both would probably be better reads once you've actually seen the series. Both do get into that quite a bit and neither is strictly a review of the book. Anyway, I'd be curious to get your thoughts on the show if you do get around to watching! I'd say it was my favorite new show of 2024 by a long shot. I am a little biased toward that type of subject matter though.

By the way, you may have noticed I haven't really committed to Threads after joining loi. If you have any recommendations for beginning on there, I'm all ears! So far, Substack has been the only platform beyond Medium that it's felt encouraging for me to commit to recently. The tiny glimpses I've gotten into Mastodon and Threads haven't excited me much yet sadly. I've heard people say some good things about both, though.
