That's a tough one! You're right that my pinned articles definitely leave a lot out of the picture. A few of them do feel like among my most important pieces. "Is the future a thing of the past?" was the first piece I ever published to medium, so that one will always have a place in my heart. "Lost in an ever-creeping future," I essentially think of as a sequel to it that continues exploring some of th same ideas.

https://medium.com/the-generator/artificial-intelligence-humanity-and-this-frozen-moment-3c00b797e792 This is another piece that feels like one of my most important reflections on the current day.

I think the pieces that I wrote about losing my childhood dog are some of the most emotional pieces that I've ever written. https://medium.com/@benulansey/list/dogs-f8f41929d8f0 There's a bit of an order for them to be read. "Losing my best friend" I wrote the day that she died and probably still stands as the most close to home piece that I've ever written.y

Some of my pieces that have been easily among the most fascinating to write, too, have been about my personal experiences with dreams and lucid dreaming. The appeal of them is pretty niche, but a couple of them are definitely some of my most meaningful pieces I've ever shared.

These two are about a couple of friends of mine who passed away. There a few humor/memoirs that could be included here, but I've already pushed this list a bit beyond 5 lol. I'd be more than delighted to hear your thoughts on any of them!

Now to ask the same of you. What are some of your personal favorites that you've shared? Is top 5 challenging for you, too?
