The democrats are annoyingly quiet on that point. I totally agree. Novel theories or not, I think it's most ridiculous that he's being charged for hush money when the scale of nearly any of his other crimes are being considered. The optics of that are absurd.

I still have high hopes in Biden's win, but I wouldn't shocked to be wrong. And I hope you're wrong about civil war, but on that point I sadly may just be inclined to agree. No matter how we cut it, there will be civil conflict and unrest and almost certainly violence.
