The mario games are some of my all-time favorites! They're the games that got me into video games. That's great you and your son got to play those together!

And actually, video game use is correlated with lucid dreaming I've heard! I think there have even been a couple studies done on it. Controlling an on screen avatar has some interesting common territory with the lucid dream experience. I certainly notice that the games I play work their way into my dreams!
