This has been driving me up a wall for a while now. I've had so many friends, and a few significant others at this point, who have unlimited paid time off but still limit themselves to like a mere 3-4 days off each year. It's ridiculous. My girlfriend right now is in the same situation. She was so thrilled to announce that the job had unlimited paid time off when she got this new. But she's too scared to even take advantage of it.
