This one is huge. I'm always surprised at how many people think that their work is simply above the need for edit. Almost anyone can benefit from revision and peer review. The other day someone submitted to the publication that didn't want their piece edited when even their title had grammatical errors in it. It really isn't practice if you have no clue what you're doing wrong. Great piece, René.
