Twit Tok and their ghastly ilk lol. I think I'm a millennial enough that, if internet is available, I will abuse it. I'm always relieved those times where I don't have any service and don't even have the option of being in the digital world. But otherwise, I'll ignore almost any restriction I set for myself. I tried setting "time limits" for certain apps in my phone a while back, but I just bypassed them constantly. It;s definitely an addiction like no other.
