Well said, Bodhi. I couldn't agree more. It's a heartbreaking loss, but to give up on dogs never really feels in the question. To get another dog felt like a betrayal of sorts, but to never get another dog would have been a betrayal of so much of what Boo taught me. Thanks so much for reading.
